Cancel within 72 hours after making the reservation and 14 days before arriving, to obtain a 100% refund of the reservation.
If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount.
If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will not receive a refund.
