Privacy policy

At DOLCE VITA CENTRO, we are committed to protecting privacy and to the correct use of the personal data we process and that you provide. This policy describes how we may process those data and users' rights over their personal data, both online on this website, www.epscomunicacion.es, and, where applicable, any of its subdomains, and when you provide them offline so that we can provide services.

Your consent

Please read this policy carefully and ensure that you understand and agree with it before accessing or using any of our services or providing personal data. If you do not agree, do not use this website or its services or provide us with your data. Accessing this site, using any of its services or providing your data, online or offline, will be understood as a clear affirmative action by which you give your consent, where necessary, for us to process your data for the purposes set out below.

Who is responsible for processing your data?

DOLCE VITA CENTRO

Postal address: C Rioja 19 1A

Email: info@dolcevitacentro.com

How have we obtained your data?

If you are already a customer, you provided them to us offline or online when requesting our services, so that we could maintain our contractual relationship with you.

If you provided data through this website, we collect information, for example, when you access the page, complete a form with personal data or contact us directly by email.

We may process and record those uses, sessions and related information, independently or with the help of third-party services, including through cookies and other tracking technologies.

When you voluntarily enter personal data, you guarantee that you are entitled to provide that information and that it is true, accurate and up to date, is not confidential and does not breach contractual restrictions or third-party rights. You undertake not to impersonate other users by using their registration data for the Website's services and/or content.

You are responsible for keeping your data accurate and up to date. DOLCE VITA CENTRO declines all responsibility if you fail to do so.

Why do we process your data?

We may process the data you provide and any other data generated during our contractual or commercial relationship for various purposes, for example:

a) If you are a current or potential customer, to manage the contractual and/or commercial relationship with current and/or potential customers and suppliers, and to manage and invoice services provided/requested.

b) If you are simply a user of our websites, to manage the requests you make online.

c) In both cases, to maintain contact and communication with you and send information about our activities, products and/or services, including advertising and/or commercial communications for the purposes of Article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

How long will we retain your data?

We will retain the personal data you provide until you request their erasure. Even after those periods, we may retain them with restricted processing solely to meet legal obligations and/or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis authorising us to process your data is the service contract, offer or quotation between the parties if you are a current or potential customer, or, for example, your consent if you have made a request through our website as a user. You give that consent unambiguously by providing your data online through our website or offline, which is considered a clear affirmative act expressing that consent.

Given the relevant and appropriate relationship we maintain with you as a current or potential customer or website user, we have a legitimate interest in processing your data as part of maintaining and managing that relationship, so that we can send commercial information about our activities, products and services, including advertising and/or commercial communications for the purposes of Article 21 of Law 34/2002.

These purposes are compatible with the original purpose for which we collected your data: managing contact and communication and maintaining our relationship. In any event, providing your data for these purposes of sending information about our activities, products and services, based on our legitimate interest, is always voluntary. Your interests, rights and freedoms will always prevail over our legitimate interest. If you ask us to erase your data and stop processing them for these purposes by emailing hola@epscomunicacion.es, we will do so, although we may retain them in a blocked form to establish, exercise or defend claims. Such withdrawal does not affect processing for the other purposes described.

To which recipients may we disclose your data?

The data you provide may be disclosed to third-party entities for purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of the disclosing and receiving parties, such as:

  • Banks for the management of collections and payments.
  • Entities or bodies to which disclosure of data is required by law, such as the tax authorities.

What rights do you have when you provide your data?

Right of access: You may ask what personal data we process and request a copy.

Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete data, including through a supplementary statement.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): You may request erasure when your data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, you withdraw consent, they have been processed unlawfully or erasure is required by law.

Right to restriction of processing: You may request restriction of processing, in which case we will retain your data only to exercise or defend claims.

Right to data portability: You may ask us to return your personal data to you or to a third party you specify in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Right to object: You may object to processing based on the data controller's legitimate interest or for advertising purposes.

To exercise these rights, you may contact us with a written, signed request, attaching a copy of your identity document in all cases, at the postal or email address given in section 2 of this Privacy policy. You must notify any change to your data at the same address; the company declines all liability if you fail to do so.

Once we receive any of the above requests, we will reply within a maximum of 10 days.

You have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. For more information about the rights you may exercise and to request model forms for exercising them, you may visit the Spanish Data Protection Agency's website, www.agpd.e
